Emergency Preparedness for Your Home Video

Emergency Preparedness for your home is important. It is easy to do if you buy a little bit extra each time you go to the grocery store. If you buy items in small sizes, you won't have to worry about refrigeration issues if the power goes out, because you can eat it all in one meal.
Buy what your family likes to eat, for example, if no one likes tuna fish, don't buy it! Consider other protein options such as canned chicken, salmon in foil pouches, or nuts (shelled almonds & walnuts are great choices). Who wants to add to the stress of an unexpected emergency by eating food they don't like!
